Designed by architect Paul Wuesthoff, this Mid-Century Modern retreat feels like your own private mountain resort. As you open the gorgeous custom front door, you are taken back into a time when architectural design was unique and artistic. The exterior is as stunning as the rest of the property, with an expansive flat side yard, large enough to host a wedding (or party of your choice). As you go down to the pool and spa, your guests can take advantage of the changing room, separate bathroom, and outdoor shower that are perfect for the pool-goers. However, this mountain retreat is within walking distance to award-winning Mira Catalina Elementary and the new UCLA South Bay campus, and just a short drive to parks, beaches, and nature trails.
